Ericsson and Etisalat teams attend leadership program in Silicon Valley

With Leadership in focus and Innovation for growth as the main theme, next generation leaders from the two telecom giants Etisalat and Ericsson gathered in an inspiring trip to Silicon Valley, California for a week where they were introduced to the latest innovations in the industry.

As part of the program, the longstanding partners attended a joint leadership development program that was designed specifically for Ericsson and Etisalat’s to explore the frontiers of innovation within the industry and get inspired on how other industries (i.e. health, car) are leveraging communication technologies to create value for their customers.

The program featured visits to leading and emerging companies in the Silicon Valley, insights from academic experts and thought leaders, entrepreneurs and venture capitalists.

The event was attended by around 20 next generation leaders from Etisalat and Ericsson who were nominated by their senior leaders.
