Sabre appoints new country manager in Jordan to support growth and expansion

sabreJordan and Middle East – Sabre Travel Network Middle East, STNME, has appointed Yassar Al Majali as country manager of Jordan.

In his role, Yassar will be responsible for driving new sales opportunities for Sabre’s business in Jordan, and strengthening trusted relationships with its corporate and leisure travel agency customers. He will also focus on bringing industry-leading solutions to Sabre’s clients in Jordan.

Yassar joins Sabre with more than 15 years of experience in the travel and tourism sector in Jordan. For the past seven years, he was general manager of the Jordan Hotel Association as well as general manager of the Federation of Tourism Associations, where he helped create the 2011-2015 national tourism strategy (NTS) in association with the Ministry of Tourism in Jordan. Additionally, Yassar partnered with various tourism authorities to develop and implement business and marketing plans for the Jordan tourism sector.

Yassar holds an MBA from Buckinghamshire University in the United Kingdom, and a Bachelor degree in Computer Information Systems from Amman Private University.
