Saudi efforts to improve education system showcased

Saudi Education Minister Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Issa on Thursday highlighted the great support provided by King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to improve the country’s education system.

Al-Issa did so at a meeting of education ministers in Argentina. Participants included education ministers from all G-20 states, as well as those from Singapore, Chile, Jamaica, Spain and the Netherlands.

Participants stressed the need to equip students at all educational levels with the basic skills required to enter the job market. The next meeting will be hosted by Japan, followed by Saudi Arabia.
